The Competitive Intelligence Certification Program is a new offering. Five three-hour seminars on various aspects of competitive intelligence will be presented. Upon completion of the program, participants will be given a certificate stating that they are qualified to be their company’s “knowledge navigator,” and the go-to person for information.
